Chronic stress, often fueled by overthinking in beta mode, is associated with various health issues, including cardiovascular problems, weakened immune function, and digestive issues. By adopting heart-centered thinking and action-taking, individuals can mitigate the harmful effects of stress on the body. This Week involves diving into the beginning. Where you start the rewiring from misfiring into the flow state where we start to release the constant anxiety, rollercoaster emotions and roll into theta wave healing.

Week 2: Clear out the Inner Muck that keeps you stuck.This week is all about learning how to achieve long lasting healing. I call this the 'Spring Cleaning' week. Where you get to pull out all of your stored 'I'll get to that later' boxes. I like to call this process - the start of the Marie Kondo inner clean up. Begin with the inner standing of where and why Burnout happens, where and why stress related acute and chronic illness happens. How it shows up in your worklife, home life, relationships and anything within your life. Then we show you how to manage, mitigate and move beyond the barriers we face to health and long term healing. Clearing out the inner world is a profound process that lays the foundation for transformative change in the outer world. Our internal landscape, to bring about meaningful change in the world around us, it becomes imperative to declutter and cultivate a positive and purposeful inner realm. Just as a garden thrives when nurtured with care, the inner world flourishes and so will your outer world.

Week 3: Energy AuditUnderstanding our own energy is paramount for maintaining overall well-being and navigating life's challenges with resilience. People who work within nurturing environments, parents included! can become burnt out and forget where they're energy begins and starts. We can become so invested in the wellbeing of others. We forget, we need to put on our own oxygen mask first, hydrate and fill up our fuel sources too. So we can be of greater service to the other humans we serve, to keep doing what we love to do. Our energy is not only physical but encompasses emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, influencing our mood, productivity, and interactions. Conducting an energy audit for the self involves a reflective process to gain insights into the sources of energy depletion and renewal. This section is not your average 'Self care Sunday' where your doing facials and having a massage, though we will get into that at some point. This is much deeper. A week not to be missed!

Week 4: Relationships with self and othersOur relationship with self and others intricately intertwines with our health and well-being. The foundation lies in self-love and self-care, forgiveness work and nurturing a positive internal dialogue with oneself contribute to mental and emotional resilience. Cultivating self-awareness fosters a deeper understanding of personal needs, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. Externally, the quality of our connections with others significantly impacts our health. Healthy relationships provide emotional support, reducing the risk of anxiety, depression and codependancy. Social connections contribute to a sense of belonging, boosting self-esteem and immune function. Positive interactions can even influence lifestyle choices, such as exercise and nutrition. . Conversely, toxic relationships can negatively impact mental and physical health. Stressful connections may lead to increased cortisol levels, inflammation, physical health conditions and a compromised immune system. Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between self and others allows for intentional cultivation of positive connections, creating a harmonious environment that nurtures both personal and collective well-being.
